What CiEP-Audits offer

CiEP-Auditors visit the entire company; that includes the Board. They audit against the background of established work agreements and criteria that everyone can understand. Because they can and may conduct audits throughout the entire organization, they will indicate points for improvement and communicate this at the organization level. Audits provide a lot of added value for the company because they make visible

a. what works and what doesn’t work in the organization,

b. the extent to which agreements or the lack thereof boost or actually impede effectiveness

c. what can be done to make adjustments in terms of focusing on results.
