What the CiEP-Audittraining offers

The CiEP-Audittraining is a practical training program, focusing on the goal-directed, systematic execution of internal CiEP-Audits. The course teaches the participants to make various aspects discussible in a non-judgmental manner. First of all, whether people in the organization wish to and can work according to CiEP. Secondly, whether they actually do this in practice. The course teaches the auditors to look out for obstacles and development points that can serve as the basis for continuous improvement at the personal and organizational levels. Executing CiEP-Audits promotes involvement in the organization and secures and improves the results of CiEP, as was learned in the CiEP-Basic Program.
